TIDE15 didn't give free delivery, depending how much you're spending PEBBLE10 might work out better.

I tried the TIDE code and noticed the delivery charge wasn't removed. However it clearly states free delivery on my catalogue with no mention of a minimum spend so it might be worth ordering via the phone with the code to ensure the postage isn't charged

Please note Joules if you're reading - Boden/Next/John Lewis/etc., etc. all deliver much cheaper - John Lewis deliver big & bulky (e.g., child's chair) and Amazon do it for free - please work on this!

Where do you live and what did you order? Joules standard delivery is £3.95 and it's free delivery for orders over £50 with the PEBBLE10 code. I'd phone them up and complain!
