Does this work? Most of the local places are closed in the winter anyway.

For years we did this! When we signed up, we would get 15 months for the price of 12, so would pay in June, which would mean we had 2 summers, then cancel in the AUgust and buy again the following June. Is that what you mean???

I know what you mean, feels a bit like an insurance company sometimes! The longer you stay with it, the more the price seems to creep up.

That's not a bad idea joining for 2 summers worth. I think I'm going to give it a try.
