Checked my email this morning and had an email from Boden about a one day sale offering 30% off and free shipping. I quickly clicked through only to find out that the sale ends at midnight...one the 28th. The email arrived at 3.44am on the 29th. I'm fuming. It's also not the first time this has happened to me. Am i the only one who gets boden promo offer emails AFTER the offer has ended. This sleep deprived mummy sent a rambling rage filled rant. Lord knowsif they'll actually reply

Should have checked on here, it said about the 30% off.
Email them, and complain. Especially if you want to purchase something.
Boden sale should start in two weeks anyway.

Well..............I think it would have been better to be polite and grovel rather than send a rant ! But they may send you a code anyway so you can hope!

Today I've had one that is 40% off "Limited Edition" for 3 days.

same thing happened to me. I spent an hour happily shopping thinking offer ran out tonight not last night. I rang them and explained and they have honoured the 30% off so worth a call

Fed up with Boden at the moment. I placed an order weeks ago. They sent the wrong thing three times, then the right thing in the wrong size, and finally today tell me that the thing I actually ordered is sold out.

umm,i also feeling a bit ragey with boden...
i ordered something on saturday night,and then i placed another order on sunday morning (i know,i know,crazy lady)

the second order arrived today (fab) but the first order hasnt even been dispatched yet,apparently its in the warehouse

and the shoes i ordered for DD,after careful measuring,actually fell off her feet when she tried to walk in them,they are HUGE!

however the customer service is quite good, when i called they were very helpful,and kind...a phone call is worth a try i reckon- good luck!
