If you stop using them a while they send you free delivery
They changed system in my area and deliver from a depot rather than local store - they never have what I want very limited on fresh produce (meat fish bakery) so I stopped using them and now they want me back so offering free delivery but it is fixed to my account

Found Sainsburys local much better one hour delivery slot almost always everything turns up and £3.50 mid week charge
