I'm still waiting for 2. I went to the website and logged in and my order status said awaiting payment even though I paid 10 days ago (through paypal thank goodness!) so I emailed them to enquire, this afternoon it has changed to order in progress so fingers crossed!

I had the same problem with it saying awaiting payment. It was because my paypal account has my husbands name on it and i didn't match it up!!! Emailed them and they emailed me back quite quickly and I received my trunki the next day.

I rang them and it was awaiting payment although I had my Paypal receipt. The guy checked for me and said the payment hadn't matched up with my order. Bit that it happens so much but the customer service on the phone was great.

I am also awaiting payment - used nonchex or sommat as paypal would not work. I will ring them. Not impressed.

This also happened to me, but I just forwarded them the receipt that Paypal sent me as soon as I received it. The trunki them came in a couple of days.

Mine finally arrived yesterday! DS quite keen on it :)
