Yes, it's great. We are off to De Vossermeren in Belgium 3hrs drive from Calais in May half term Mon-Fri for only 411 euro that is for a premium cottage too.

For future reference try to book as far ahead as possible as prices to increase quite dramatically the closer you get

Hoover, do they speak any English there or are you expected to speak French/Flemish?

Pinkteddy - they speak fluent English, puts us to shame....

We have just been to De Vossermeren for 5 days in VIP Cottage, brilliant holiday, 1st time and we will go again. I would never pay the ridiculous prices they charge in the UK EVER!!!!

HooverTheHamaBeads - drive is 4 hours, be careful about the traffic around Antwerp e.g. peak hour times, motorway can get very clogged and we got caught up in roadworks! We travelled out on a Monday and back on a Friday.

We did, the friends we went with (have been 5 times) just send us a link. They seem to have lots of discounts, not sure what the height of summer would be though? Still given that it was Easter it didn't really feel too busy at all.

As an incentive they have given us 20% off our next booking!

If you do go a top tip, when going to the swimming pool they don't have very many family changing rooms and the ordinary ones are a bit small. So we took two bags and split up with our two boys to get changed so we didn't have to wait too long when they were wet. The lockers also need a 1 euro coin. Also the showers are out in the open and communal, so we just dried the kids off and went back to our cottage to have showers!
