Graze free box

I just thought that I would let you know about 'Graze'. I came accross it through a friend and it has been brilliant for stopping me eating all those yummy cakes! The idea is that you get a Graze box delivered to your door and it has healthy snacks which stop you reaching for the cakes etc. It might be worth a look if you are like me and are tempted by cakes, sweets etc. I have been getting one a week for the last month and so far have managed to stay away from all the carbs I was eating.
The website is www.graze.com

They have given me a code to give to friends to get a free box and then 2nd box 1/2 price. The code is 3424FK5

Giving the code also means that the person who gives the code gets £1 off their graze order :)

Graze orders cost £3.49 for full price which is OK I think, but obviously better if someone else uses your code and you get your £1 off.

Ahh fantastic. I hadn't picked up on that. This is the code they gave me so feel free to us it!

Sadly (well not sadly as they are nice :)) I also get my weekly Graze box so can't use the code :(

They did ask me to rate more things recently and took a £1 off my next box so I am staying happily with them for now. My boxes do add an excitement to Tuesdays (am sad Grin)

As you said on your other thread, be aware that nuts and dried fruits are only healthy up to a point as they are pretty calorific/carby.
