Anyone know if John Lewis ever have promotional codes and where I could find one? We are going to buy a car seat and isofix base for the car along with other things for the new baby so as you can imagine it is all adding up. Would really appreciate it if anyone could help.

I have ordered from here in the past and have found them good.

JL doesn't do promotional codes. It will honour its "never knowingly undersold" in its shops if you can show that another local shop is selling the same item for less. It doesn't offer this for online purchases.

Have looked at Kiddicare Molly but it is quite a bit more expensive than john lewis.

My DH buys John Lewis vouchers through work so that I can spend them on make up and stuff for me in Waitrose. I think he gets about a 6% discount on the face value. If he or you work for a big company then its worth finding out if your employer does this. Not a huge saving but better than nothing on a large purchase.

Ring John Lewis and see if they will match the cheaper price you have found. They can't do it for all internet prices, but its worth a try.

If you use one of their John Lewis Master cards you get 1% of the total spend in JL stores in vouchers twice a year. Not much I know.
