They sent me one large voucher which was too much for my holiday, so I sent it back to be split up on 11.1.11 (great date btw)
They posted them back to me & they never arrived
So I have to send them a form (which they won't accept by email) to say I never received them & that if they are spent they will take the points off my total
Do you think I can alter that as if someone nicked them & uses them why would I be liable
Mind you they could only use them for a holiday so I guess they cold get caught easily enough
I hope my holiday is still available when it all sorts itself out
