Haven't seen any since they started mail order.
I've just cancelled my order (placed in Sept as the coat now wouldn't arrive till mid-Dec!). Other item they cancelled themselves.
You can't get refunds on mail order items in store, only credit notes BTW.
Don't rate them, myself.
Enough moaning....
