I am not happy with Boots online, everything I want is either out of stock (has been since the xmas book came out or only available at larger stores. Why advertise something online that you can't order?? Sorry for the rant but it is so annoying when I was planning on making great use of the 3 for 2 and then getting my bonus points

I rang to complaint abouy Fireman sam stuff being out of stock constantly. They amended it to instore only. Well I rang all the stores within my area including the large ones up to an hour away. No fireman sam stuff!

well i did order some ben 10 and handy manny yesterday it came today so v.v.impressed.

i had been looking for a certain toy and it has always been out of stock at Boots online

I got a bit confused with this so-called deal! I went to a large Boots store on Weds 10th, presented my £50-worth of goods and several vouchers at the till, then said would I still get the 1200 points along with the vouchers (as has happened in the past) to be told the offer wasn't available in-store that day, and go on-line or come back Thursday after 3pm to get the 1200 points. Clearly I must have made a mistake here regarding the actual day (v amiss of me!), so in that case, fair enough, but not sure I've ever heard of the after 3pm bit either before??!!!

However, some of my vouchers were not accepted as the staff said Boots have very recently changed the voucher system so that they no longer accept a variety of vouchers simultaneously as they once did, as Boots management have realised people were maximising all their points by using a combination of offers (well, naturally!). Sooooo I was very disappointed on this trip. Not only do deals on-line/in-store seem to vary and the information be confusing and imho, misleading, but now looks like the normally impressive Boots reward system is perhaps no longer as good as it promises??

yes some stores were wednesday and some thursday. IRRC it has always been an 'evening' thing though? They do promote them as xmas shopping evenings i think?

TBH I was happy as i got £70 worth of stuff for effectively £38 with the points and 3for2 so was very happy with that personally.
