Peppa pig palace for £11.75

I was browsing Great Universal and they had some discounts on peppa pig stuff, the palace is reduced to £26.75 theres a voucher code online for £15 off when you spend £25 or more the code is ZG134 for it to work you have to be a NEW customer and open a CREDIT account, this means when you choose how to pay you select the option to pay weekly. You may still be able to pay the balance in full when your statement arrives if you wanted to.
If you opt to pay by debit or credit card it wont work. I havent tried it myself but have used voucher codes at Very and Additions and they worked fine. Theres also a voucher code for Great Universal for £25 when you spend £60 or more which is ZZ388 delivery is also free. The expiry date on the discount codes is 31st dec 1010.

Bossy, got all the way to checkout and ZZ388 was invalid. Any ideas?

Yup. did you have to open a credit account to use this one - I thought that was only the case for the first code ...

Ive just tried the ZG134 code for £15 off, it didnt work the first time so I went back to the websites main page then back to my basket and popped the code in again and this time it worked

I went for a fifi, was going to get dd a normal one for £10 from argos or somewhere but managed to get her a more fancy one with sounds was £25 only £10 with the code and free delivery, ordered yesterday and it arrived today! Cant complain at that

Can you pay a credit account off straight away though or do you end uo paying lots in interest?

I usually pay as soon as the statement comes but before you add the items to the basket you select a payment option, if you choose credit or debit card the discount code wont work but if you choose the credit account option the discount does work and on the cheap stuff like toys its often 20 weeks interest free or something like that. The more expensive the items are the more options you get such as 20 weeks interest free but also the option to pay over a longer period of time but with interest. Hope that makes sense!

this is my first time with great universal but i think Additions are owned by the same company and ive shopped with them before and the set up appears to be the same, create the credit account to get the discount then pay the balance in full when the statement comes. I think thats a good way to order things that way if you need to send anything back theres no faff waiting for refunds.

Great Universal do tend to be more expensive than additions but on this occasion they are selling the palace for £30. Though the code isnt limited to just the palace just any new credit account purchase over £25.

Theyve since sent me a code for £10 off an order of £50 or more bacuse ive placed my first order. Though I was thrilled to get my additions statement which stated that as I had paid my balance in full (after using a discount code with them) and they sent me a code for £10 off and no minimum spend! I got a peppa pig bicycle helmet and knee and elbow pads set which was reduced from £20 to £15 then I got £10 off so a fiver plus £3.95 delivery. I was more than happy with that!

I thought I would get sent a statement in the post, but had a look online at "My account" and have paid the £11.75 off in one go. Is it all online or do they still post out statements I wonder?

Ps Bought some half price peppa things in Tesco today - got some figures etc that can go in the castle.

Its a monthly thing for the statements, sometimes you get discount codes sent with them too. I expect by the time your statment comes your payment will show on there.

I already got dd the george and the dragon castle from toysrus which was reduced to £30 and I got it before I saw this offer. But I had won a toysrus voucher so i actually got it free so cant grumble at that otherwise I would have been kicking myself for missing out on this! It comes with the george and the dragon figures but I managed to pick up the royal carriage for £6.49 with free p&p on ebay brand new in box from a shop on there and also the royal train which I got for about £9 also brand new in box oh and the royal family figures which are a really substantial size, love the grandpa as merlin! They were £13.49 from additions though used a discount code so technically they were free too!
