BC1010 didnt work but I tried BC0910 and that did - Yipee

Anyone waiting for their birthday club vouchers that dont seem to be turning up should contact customer services asap because the amalgamation of the mothercare computer systems with the ELC ones totally bollocked up all the birthday club listings, so we now have 2 lists, 1 with just names and no addresses and another with addressed and no names.

Oh it's a barrell of laughs explaining that to customers..
