any good deals out there for spending Nectar points?

I've got around 35,000 (have collected for years!) - in Tesco Clubcard deals this many would be worth £1400 but the Nectar offers seem to be face value, ie a pathetic £175.

Any suggestions?

It is indeed crap.
Spend at Amazon?

Shop at Tesco's Grin

Spend mine in Argos. Great for Christmas shopping.

I normally just do a dvd rental for 500 points.

You can swap 500 for £5.00 off in Ask

Sainsburys? You could do a good shop with that.
Nectar wine club
Tickets for theme parks etc?

Ponders · 08/08/2010 22:07

Thanks, all Smile

It looks as if theme parks (which our family hardly ever use!) & ASK (of which there appears to be only 1 in the whole NW, in central Liverpool) are the best deals going Confused

(Oh, & Laithwaites wine too, I'll check them out)

I'm sure they used to do monthly specials though, where you could get things for fewer points than usual, but haven't seen any of those for a while.

(mama, I do shop at Tesco's as well, & have one of their credit cards too, but for some stuff I just prefer Sainsburys...I suppose I could throw my Nectar card away & avoid feeling diddled that way...Wink)

well - I have gone for the wine club - 36 bottles of red, all of which I generally like (Languedoc Merlot, Rioja, & Chilean Carmenere) for the equivalent of £120 or £3.33 each; of course if it's actually £3.33 wine then I'll be a bit disappointed, but if it's genuinely £6.66 wine I'll be very pleased! will do, kitten! Smile

I used to shop at Argos a lot, cat, when my kids were small - these days though I get Argos-type things from amazon, delivered effortlessly via my PC to my door Grin

I reserve my Argos stuff online and send DH out to get it in his lunch hour, therefore also delivered effortlessly to my front door (if he remembers)!
