BODEN - anyone have a £10 off £30 spend code???

I have always used the code xnht to get £10 off when spending £30 at boden. Have just tried to use it and it does not work!!!(sad)Anyone else have a current code for this that works - or a better one than just 10% off? Thanks in advance .....

Now some woman from Boden Customer services has sent me a nasty email telling me off for using it and ordering me to only use codes from my catalogs or that have been sent me by mail in the future. The third problem is that the last thing I ordered hasn't even arrived despite being mailed ages ago.

When it comes to offers or codes I must declare a "finders keepers" policy. I look, or google, find, and use. I suspect we all do. I do understand that Boden needs new customers. But by treating old customers this way you are also in danger of getting an ever larger group of ex-customers. Looking for bargains is the Internet way! Boden can't opt out of that if you are to have a platform online and in social media."

Debsc1 -did you manage to use it? Are you a new customer?
Yes I did manage to use it, actually had used it twice before I noticed the posts saying people had received the nasty messages otherwise I might not have done it! I'm not a new customer but haven't ordered loads, only about three times this year.

Thinks its a bit silly for them to tell people off for using the codes, they are making sales and i'm sure still making a profit so what is the problem!

someone on the FB page also admitted to placing fifteen yes 15 seperate orders with the £10 off code that to me is greedy and excessive.

If someone uses their noggin & uses the code repeatedly rather than paying full price -good luck to them I say!:)
Boden actively encourages customers to keep using it anyway as the message 'spend another £30 to get £10 off' appears when you complete an order.

I used it yesterday after reading this thread, (though it was to get something I wanted anyway) and it has worked fine, item dispatched today.

The same kind of thing happened last year with people being told off and orders being cancelled.

You just need to space the orders out a bit, one every couple of weeks will go undetected 15 in one day is going to get picked up.

I used it probably 8 or 9 times last year, I don;t see how it is 'greedy' to use it multiple times when Boden allow it.

Johnny Boden's wealth was last estimated around £90 million, I'm sure he can spare a few codes to a few mumsnetters...

ANswered my own question after excessive Googling - LNAR for 15% free delivery etc.

Have just noticed that Mini Boden is doing 30% discount on all trousers/jeans for boys and girls.

I thought you don't need a code as I clicked on a site and it was on the front page about 30% but then, I have jsut gone back to the boden site and the front page is not there so I must have somehow clicked onto a discount page.

I will see if I can find it again as I too need so trousers for DDs.

It's strange but if you click on the johnnie b website, you can see it but then go back to the miniboden website and the discount somehow will some on there.

Not sure if it will work. If not, just return the clothes.

Oh my god, have just ordered 6 pairs of jeans and paid only £85 in total, I also put the code A588 in and as that code was 4 for 3 plus £1, I got the 6th pair of jeans for £1.

thanks for all your responses!!! I ended up buying a lot of my little girls clothes with the offers boden did on specific items as mentioned above. I did get a few items with the spend £30 and get £10 off though.

I was really disappointed with their sale this year as normally I end up spending a small fortune - this year spent nothing though! :(
I have just been browsing through the boden spring preview and would be really interested in any offers when they come out for 20% off or more, or spend £30 and get £10 off.

Anyone seen the latest spend £30 get £10 off codes yet? - or 20% off? .......

Perhaps they've stopped these codes given what happened last season with customer services emailing people who used them a lot and cancelling their orders?
If that's the case, I'll only be buying in the sale as 10/15% off their prices is not enough for me!!!

I have been searching every day !!!! only code found is 15% at the moment ! not good enough , will keep looking !

I received last year's summer preview email on March 2nd, so the preview site will probably go live roughly around that time, I suppose?
