NHS Discounts

Just wondering what kinds of discounts NHS workers can get with their ID cards. I have just started working for the NHS and have registered with NHS Discounts, but have heard of colleagues being able to get discounts at Dominos, Nandos etc.

Any of you get discounts in interesting or useful places?

havent really used nhs discounts apart from at toyshop.com, but nhs cashback site is good.

NHS discounts has a website with lots of links and codes.

Nandos do 20% off if show id badge but its just off your meal not the whole bill, although husband and I have the whole chicken meal deal between us and they always take 20% off that but they had issues with people taking 20 others in with them and expecting 20% off whole bill.

NHS has loads of discounts locally (even Macs insome places). Just ask in literally every shop/restaurant you visit.

My hairdresser does 25% off.

It's not very well advertised in most shops as I think places don't want to be deluged.
