Feedback on whether King Edward's Witley is supportive for sensitive boys

I am looking for a school for next year for my little boy who is a sensitive soul What do people think of King Edwards of Witley? Are they they supportive I would welcome some candid feedback

Yes - I think so from friends’ feedback and most of the local private schools with boarding, I would say are.

One thing I would say, is the children have to become more resilient and responsible at secondary school. It’s how they learn and navigate the world, so it’s important not to compare with prep school. Demerits / detentions are more frequent for more minor things as the children get older as they need to organise themselves!!

When I viewed the school, I liked the head at King Ed’s and they have a strong Head of Lower House. Music strong too.

They are in a tricky position with Longacre at the moment, and reputation, so expect this with the feedback. I don’t think it is appropriate for me to comment as not involved in this.

Tread with caution. Do your research into staff (particularly new) and the umbrella company.

Has a poor reputation for several reasons, kids bringing knifes into school, safeguarding issues.... and from what we observed only lip-service paid to pastoral care.
Try st Edmunds at hindhead apparently they walk the walk and talk the talk vis a vie pastoral care.
i heard only yesterday about broken promises made to a family about scholarships.
Seems that have real issues there. I would not, would not send my child there for a free place.
