Wetherby Notting Hill

DS has a reception place offer at Wetherby (NH) and I believe they will ask for a deposit in the next couple of months. I am really not sure how best to move forward as in addition to the huge expense, I live very close (a few mins away) from a solid/academic state primary (west London free school).

Can any current Wetherby parents please shed light on their experiences? Is it worth the financial stretch + longer commute (few mins walk vs 30-40 mins bus journey).

Finally any insights about WLFS primary will also be hugely welcomed.

I hear their deputy head is leaving to join St Martin’s as head

Still not sure but will go to the wetherby reception morning this week to gauge the new head’s vibe. Any insights from current parents?
