Anyone waiting to hear about 2nd round habs? Am led to believe will be Thursday or Friday this week.

We are 👋 Habs Girls. I think the email we had said “by 17 December” so I wasn’t expecting to hear until mid-next week. But maybe you’re waiting on Boys?

Yes boys but think same “by the 17th” but historically always been this week so I reckon could be Thursday/friday.

Oh good intel (though now I’ll be on the edge of my seat Thursday and Friday, when I was doing quite well at forgetting about it until next week! 🤪).

Is Habs your first choice?

No UCS is our first choice. Anyone know how many they cut after first round habs?

We did too, and of course the time and date clashes with an academic assessment scholarship that we today accepted at another school (which itself had to be rearranged due a clash with the entrance exam for the third school that we’ve applied for).

What are the chances?!!!

And the Habs email says they won’t change the date 😫

Does anyone know how many they will be selecting after the interviews? Also, what should be expecting at the interview? It was a great surprise as I thought my son hadn't done very well and the number of applicant seemed really too high.

I think approx half get called back for interview , I don’t know how many spaces there is after the prep school - maybe around 80-90.

My nephew at one of the schools that have just announced they have joined the Habs ‘family’.

The parents were told 500-600 sit the exam and c250 get invited to interview and well over 50% get offers after that.

This is the boys school.
