Hi, the school we have been considering has just been bought by Inspired learning group. Might anyone have any experience of this group please? Positives or negatives? Thank you.

Clayesmore? https://www.inspiredlearninggroup.co.uk/news/

The private school sector is consolidating rapidly under private equity investment. I'm not sure any school is very "safe", particularly small country preps. Clayesmore is severely undersubscribed so unsurprising that it needs a new investor. Have you looked into Inspired's track record of what it does with its new acquisitions (consolidate, grow, sell, merge etc)?

Are going through the most alarming situation with an Inspired Education school. They are ruthless. They do not care about education, it is a wildly successful for-profit empire. They need to be investigated and shut down.

Thank you, I’m very sorry to hear you are going through this.

We have been considering a school that has just this week been bought by Inspired Learning. @MotherofDragons13do you have any further information, either here or via DM? I would be extremely grateful for any insights anyone can share.

Inspired Education and Inspired Learning Group are two different companies - make sure you're looking at the right one...
