Hi all, thinking of signing DD up for pre prep at Danes Hill and wondered if anyone had any views? Everything I find is rather dated. The facilities look fab and it’ll be very close to where we are moving. Thank you!

Do you mean the one in Oxshott? I live very close to there. It seems like an ok school, not sure who the head is now though.

Sorry that was a typo, I meant OK. I had friends who had kids there, they said it as OK, but not wow. That was a while ago though.

@Sad572 , Danes Hill is an established school but since 2021 there have been a series of change of head due to unfortunate events plus another tragic event relating to a pupil (not relating to the school). A new head started in Sept and the best advice is to visit and meet the current team yourself. Overall it's a well regarded school with excellent facilities, the other mixed prep with similar facilities is Feltonfleet.

Also there use to be a school in Hampshire called Daneshill School but it's now called Wellesley Prep school.
