RHS Changes

Can anyone with children at RHS School shed any light on the changes at RHS? There seems to be an awful lot happening all at once. I respect that this can sometimes be a good thing but other times not quite so positive. Looking for schools and so would very much like to understand what is driving this at present. Many thanks.

The new head is making a lot of changes, and many of them all need to be made at once; eg those relating to the structure of the school day and week.
He is very proactive and forward-thinking, and the school (like many others) is doing all it can to maintain / increase numbers. Wellbeing and work-life balance for the whole school community are also priorities.

What's changing? Interested to know. I went there when it was full boarding. Loved it !
