If you've got the offer, please could you share some tips for 11+ preparation? My DD is going through it now and would love to hear from people who went through it and succeeded. 🙏

my DD did the interview last week, offer day just before half term. Fingers crossed for them both 🤞🤞

I know a lot of very bright girls who got invitations for Godolphin and St. Paul's, didn't get invited for LU. So, you and you DD certainly did great job. Any tips for exam preparation? Anything would be helpful. If you could share you experience. 🙏

Thanks - we are v proud of her. We got the help of a tutor as she is applied from a state school where she wouldn’t have quite covered the whole curriculum in time nor had much exam practice, but we didn’t go mad with it (once a week). The LU Maths paper is I think the toughest so being prepared for that to a high enough standard is important. Also the creative writing exam is long relative to other assessments so building up writing stamina is helpful! I think what the exam prep needed really depends on the school you child is at and how she is getting on academically. Good luck!

Congratulations on getting your offer at LU. Would you mind sharing details of the tutoring company/ person. We are also applying from a state school and as you say they don’t cover the curriculum in time for the exams.
