Hi all,

I am completely brand new to MN! I just signed up as I was browsing the online community for advice on International Schools near London. We are moving over in the next few months from the Middle East. My daughter is very sporty and will be 15 when we arrive. She has been following the IB curriculum at her current school. I am a Brit and went to a state school in the UK, so I know the GCSE/A-Level very well! She is also super sporty, playing hockey and tennis.

However, she will likely be too late to enter a GCSE year. We are also considering possible boarding schools.

My family is near Kingston, so I'm looking to move back to the area. So far, I know of these schools. Any advice would be great!

ACS in Cobham
Marymount
TASIS
ACS in Egham

I have visited ACS Cobham many times for sporting events and was always impressed with their facilities. This is the one is am erring too due to familiarity and also going to school nearby myself.

Does anyone know anything about the fee increase at ACS?

Anyway, thanks in advance!!!

@DezBoro , you should copy over the text but re-post this in the Secondary Education section with a title of International IB schools near Kingston/Egham.

ACS Cobham does sound like the best option. I dread to think how much the fees are going to be with the potential 20% increase.
