Hi I just wanted to ask if a school your child went to five years ago shuts down permanently can chase you for fees that you didn’t pay due to lack of education at Covid times. Thank you

Yes, if you were still liable for fees during that time I would have thought so.

If it has been put into administration or receivership then they are obliged to chase up outstanding debts to pay creditors,
