Summer holiday clubs-where to find out about them?

The long summer holidays aren't far away and i'm beginning to think about what to do with dd whilst i'm at work. Does anyone know if there's anywhere(website/local authority) that would have a list of clubs available in my area that she could attend? I'm in Kent if that makes any difference. There's a holiday club nearby but it's quite expensive and I think she might like a few different things rather than the same thing each week. There's also a local authority run playscheme but that only runs 10-2 so not much use as childcare for a day at work!

I was thinking more the drama week type clubs.

Our school doesn't normally get any leaflets about them which is a PITA as I know a friend gets lots at her school.

Any help would be gratefully received

Failing this i'll just have to beg friends/family even more than I do already

Try the Family Information Service (FIS)
www.familyinformationservices.org.uk for your area.

Also talk to friends about who they use.
Does your DC go to an after school club? Ours is linked to a holiday scheme in the area.
