So what's the polite way of saying that your DS has been kicked in the willy?

Testicles? Gonads? Genitals?

Am writing a letter of complaint as apparantly the response to this assault was a shrug and the school are supposed to be taking shit behaviour seriously. But I'm a bit perplexed as to how to phrase it!

between his legs? do you need to be specific?

thisisyesterday · 11/05/2010 21:05

groin?

treas · 11/05/2010 21:08

Genitalia / genitals- technically correct as well as being formal.

Or if you want to be less formal - crutch.

TheFallenMadonna · 11/05/2010 21:10

Groin.

BigTillyMint · 11/05/2010 21:11

"kicked in the privates" is the acceptable term in my mannor.

But I'm not sure if I would use that phrase in a letter. Groin?

And it's crotch, not crutch (unless, of course he had a leg injury too!)

BigTillyMint · 11/05/2010 21:12

Oops, manor!

HerBeatitude · 11/05/2010 21:33

Hmmm. Think I might go with genitals. Like the formality aspect.

Groin or crotch.

hmc · 11/05/2010 21:38

Groin, crotch and genitals all okay. Proper terms sound better than Hyacinth Bucket-ish namby pamby-isms like 'privates' (urggh)

belledechocolatefluffybunny · 11/05/2010 21:40

Kicked in the genitals.

I hope he's OK

treas · 12/05/2010 00:31

Actually BigTillyMint it is either crutch or crotch

PrammyMammy · 12/05/2010 00:34

I've never heard crutch.
I would say 'Kicked in the genitals'.

Loins.

(Am thinking of that Porridge episode where Fletch explains to godber what it means. More seriously, i'd say groin - good luck)
