Does anyone know what nascot wood primary catchment area is? Would really appreciate some help - we will need to move in two years time to get into Nascot/cassiobury (can't really afford cassiobury though) would be a night mare to move close (aka expensive) but not close enough and at the end not get into the school!

Are there any other schools that tend to feed pupils into the grammar schools in Watford?

Orchard Primary is also a good school - at least it always was when I was in that area. The primary schools in Abbotts Langley are also good ones.

I have friends with children at The Orchard who are happy with it, and the head is a sound guy.

Hi,

We (Me, Husband and two girls (5 and 7) are moving to the new Bellway / Bovis development in Leavesden, just next to the HP Studios. The closest schools are Leavesden Green and Alban Wood although the Nascot Wood is a little further away, Ofstead rates it higher.
Does anyone know much about these schools. I would be able to walk to the first two.

Thanks
LJM

Hallo dear mums! Need an advice on secondary schools ( except Girls and Boys Grammar schools) in Watford. We are moving next year to Watford and as many my House search is based on good schools catchment and commute into London. I have two girls 11 and 14 and I am looking for a good secondary. Thanks
