does anyone make up batches of sandwiches for packed lunchs and freeze them?

And if so what can you put in them and how long can they be kept in the freezer?

I used to have them as a child, and plan to do so from Jan when I will be doing the morning run.
I used to have ham, all the time! Not sure what ever will be ok, but ds only has ham or cheese spread anyway.
