Bullying in the playground - is there a standard procedure of complaint?

With the first incident I spoke with the teacher and from what I understand via DS the two bullies were told off etc... A second incident happened today with the same two older children involved. Do I speak to the teacher again or head teacher about this?

I think I would go to this same teacher and let her know that the same thing has happened again and with the same two boys.

Give him/her the opportunity to sort it out and if it continues, then go to the head.

You will have more clout as you will be able to say that twice you have asked for it to be sorted and now you are moving up a level to sort it.
