Hi,

Im currently looking for a school for my son and considering the above. Ive only seen La Fountaine and Burnt Ash thus far. I like them both however Burnt Ash is coming out ahead for me. Does anyone have any experiences with any of these schools to provide some recent insights? Gosh this is such an anxiety provoking experience!

La Fontaine is bi-lingual. How's your French?

Parish has a lovely setting. The field is great and they have a lot of amazing sports clubs. It’s a C of E school and if you’re not Christian it can be a bit jarring. The intake is probably more middle class than Burnt Ash but Burnt Ash have better results or they did
Parish has a warm and friendly atmosphere, the staff is very stable and there is a big emphasis on family involvement.
No idea about La Fountaine.
Go and visit the schools or walk past them when the kids are being collected - they can be a good indication of if you feel like you can fit in.

Sorry I meant Burnt Ash was Outstanding whereas Parish is Good with Outstanding features.
