Prep schools in W4, W6. Heathfield house prep and Ravescourt Park Pre.

I have offers from both the above schools for my kid starting reception sept 2026.
I know that RPPS is very good academically and Heathfield House is quite good as well. My main concern is would I need tutoring for either schools for the 11+ exam? If I choose Heathfield house due to being closer to us is my kid going to be much behind others academically? I dont know any parents with kids in either school. I would appreciate any input.

All children at all private schools will be tutored for the 11+, it's par for the course.

I think Ravenscourt Park is overall a better school though.

RPPS prepared our daughter really well for the 11+ and I didn't feel we needed any tuition outside of school. She's in year 6 and is receiving offers now.
