Ds2 wants to go to school as a fairy on World Book Day

And so far I can't coax him out of it. Am I going too far in asking the teacher to talk him out of it? He is in reception.

There are lots of kinds of fairies, such as knockers and bogles and redshanks, will o' the wisps etc who are very butch and not girly...or is it the pink shiny wings he wants?
fresh fairy types will show different kinds of looks for fairies!
