Ds2 wants to go to school as a fairy on World Book Day

And so far I can't coax him out of it. Am I going too far in asking the teacher to talk him out of it? He is in reception.

Let him. My ds insisted on being an angel in the nativity paly in reception. It was quite useful really as he and dd shared a lovely costume as they were both angels in different plays He had very curly blonde hair and tbh looked exactly like a girl. He did not care.

If anyone asked i just said well all the angels were men.

He could be king of fairies.
