End of school gifts for friends

My DD leaves primary this year and only 1 friend is going to her secondary school. The rest of her friends are also splitting between a few schools with no more than 2 going to the same school 😞

Now... She wants to get her friends a gift each but doesn't know what to get. So I'm looking for ideas, what do you suggest? Or have bought in the past.

There's 7 girls she wants to buy for so hopefully not too expensive.

Perhaps she could make them friendship bracelets? Or some flowers and written card.

Invite them round to tea! Presents don’t mean much.

That's a sweet idea.
You can get friendship bracelets for a decent price that are bits of string with a star or something on and a sweet poem/note on the packaging. They sell them on Amazon (and probably other places).

One Christmas when I was at school I bought my friends a multipack of cacti split between them from a garden centre, each in a little box. I didn't think it was much but some of them commented how it was such a special gift.

DD had a photo booth at her Leavers' Party, so I had some keyrings made up taken from the picture of her group of friends all together.

It was so much easier with my eldest DD who was more of a floater with no real good friends. She couldn't wait to leave primary (and has got some good friends now in secondary) so we never had to buy gifts because she wasn't bothered.

I think we're going to go for friendship bracelets and a card. Hopefully she stays in contact with most of them
