St Paul’s Cathedral School - logistics and holiday clubs

Hi,

Sorry - another thread about this school but this time to ask about holiday clubs and logistics.

Does this school offer any holiday clubs at the school given its holidays don’t really align with any other schools’? We have been offered a place for this year but unsure whether to take the spot for this reason. How do you manage if siblings are in a different school?

Also, if you have kids there and live in South East London, how do you find the journey? Does it force you to work in the office every day or do you drop off and work from home, going back later for pick up? Or do you have help?

Many thanks for any thoughts,
OP.

Hi! Our daughter goes to school here. We only have her so we don’t have to juggle with different schools’ schedules (which must be a bit hard!). The school offers holiday clubs but only - from memory, we never used them - one week in the summer (last year it was the first week of holidays) and one week in the Easter break (the last week of the break). While we never used the holiday clubs I hear they are well attended and fun. We don’t mind the strange holidays as it allows us not to spend a fortune if we want to go away for the break but I appreciate it must be a bit of a nightmare to coordinate with other schools’ schedules.
We are based in North London so we’re not much use for the second question but I know plenty of families live south of the river - not sure about the exact logistics though 😀
I hope this is helpful - happy to chat privately if you wish.

A relative had two children, one at this school,.and the coordination was a total nightmare. I can only say that she spent a FORTUNE on holiday clubs and on living near the school. I can say that she thought it was worth it, the school is great.

Hi,
I have few questions about st paul's cathedral school and I wonder if someone can help with that.
I would like to know if the afternoon clubs are available every day and if spaces are enough for kids.
Also, Does someone know the price for those clubs?
Thanks in advance!!
