Bath / Bristol/ the surrounds - any Montessori Primaries, or forest primaries, or alternative independents or really creative state schools?

Looking to move back to my partner’s home county of Somerset, and letting it be school-led, to some extent.

The school options - in Bath especially - seem to be quite result-driven independent schools or church schools. I’m not sure if that’s correct?

Are there any alternative private schools like Montessori or forest and so on?

Or are any of the independents particularly creative and community/ pupil-happiness-focused, not results-focused?

Sidcot school may fit the bill. Independent with creative vibe.

I would have thought the same - I worked there decades ago - very strong on art/drama/music.
