What is this symbol? Hindu festival card (sort of homework)

I am just looking through a study book we have but I don’t have the answers and I’m not sure what card C is on this?
It doesn’t look like a rangoli or yantra pattern, can anyone help please?

Well I married into a Hindu family and don’t have a clue!

Is there anything in the table below that gives a hint?

Thank you both for replying! I wondered about rangoli as on the opposite page there’s a picture of someone making one, but all the ones I’ve seen are round so I thought a square might not be one! So thank you!
