I hate those shiny PE shorts - where can I get black cotton ones ?

They are vile - I'm sure you get electric shocks from them. M &S used to do plain cotton ones in black,as did Woollies, but no sign of them so far.

Those shiny shorts were sooo comfy and free to move in

Still the fashion for PE now !

Agree to shiny ones are awful but all the cotton ones are like cardboard and not great in terms of modesty - the legs splay out and show pants underneath! I now get soft jersey shorts in black with drawstring waist that finish just above the knee from H&M. School haven't complained so far and DS happy and comfy!

Im sure Asda did them - they are often billed as cotton rugby shorts. We have them as well as shiny ones so defo one of the supermarkets.

Candidate for the oldest zombie thread I've seen! But if anyone still cares, we got a 2 pack from tesco.
