7+ independent entrance exam for overseas student

Dear all, we are expat family planning to come back to London next summer. I have signed up my boy for 7+ entrance exam in couple of independent schools. My boy has never learned in UK but he is studying in a overseas British Curriculum School. May I know how can I help him to prepare the 7+ entrance exam?

I did find some example papers from the independent school's website, but is there any more practice books I can use as a guide?

Regarding with the non verbal reasoning exam, is there any book can be recommended also?

Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

Thank you!

Bonds papers are the usual recommendation. However each school will have their own entrance test so it is not so easy to generalise. Most admissions secretaries are helpful if you ask for a sample paper or idea of the format.

Lots of the schools have paper examples on their website. Bond/Letts books at level 6-7 or 7-8 is the usual standard - they come in English, maths, VR and NVR.
