Orleans Primary School Vs St Mary's C of E Primary School (Twickenham)

Hi All!

My DD is due to start primary school in September 2019. I've been to open days at both of these schools, both seem lovely and are rated Outstanding. There is little to research online except Gov.UK performance ratings. Orleans performs better in these.

Does anyone have experience of these two schools that might help to inform my decision? Any help greatly needed and appreciated!

Surely it depends on your home address, will you get a choice? They are both good schools but 1 with links to a church, there really isn't much difference between all the primary schools in Richmond area.

Thank you for reply.

The schools are close together and the catchments overlap. St Mary’s reserves around one third of places for the local CoE community, the school is inclusive teaching other faiths.

I'd love to hear some first or second-hand experiences to gain some insight to inform my decision with regards to which might be the better fit for my daughter as there is very little online.

Smile
