Looking for Bute House mums in South Kensington/ Commuting to Bute House

Mums,

My little one has been offered a place at Bute House for Sep 2018. We live in South Kensington and I am worried about how she will commute to school. Are there other mums from Bute House that live in or near South Kensington? How do your children commute to Bute? Do parents car pool? Are there vans or private bus services that parents use?

Any insight will be much appreciated.

From SKen tube, 15-20 mins to Hammersmith tube and then a 5 minute walk.

Shrine - That's true! But I am going to start work soon and worried about the commuting once that happens. With their current school (which is in Battersea), we have the convenience of a school bus which picks from home and drops back at home. So I was looking for a simpler option for the commute.

Have you asked the school about the buses because Bute definitely do run them but I'm not sure of routes.

Yes, I have. There are no buses running on our route.
