hard not to judge --- BUT there's this child I know who has been kept off school for 6 days now

twig I do agree with you. VVV my friend's DD did that thing to her finger - she trapped it in the door of the cinema on the last Thursday of the Christmas holidays and had to have it operated on. She still started reception with the huge bandage on.

ds got mallet finger, was back at school 2 days later strapping and painkillers...
