Boys - thin hair - how to grow more hair?

my 7 yo has very thin hair and not much of it...Any tips how to grow more hair? Thanks

Scalp massage and keep it clean? Google some food/nutrients which is good for hair growth. There may be hair product which helps hair growth.( I remember using some when I was a teenager, to accelerate hair growth to get longer hair.)
