I didn't get any of my choices for primary school, and these are my remaining options. I don't know anything about any of the schools! Can anyone offer any insights? Thanks!

You need to make it clear these are in Southend. What's the commute like? Threader the better. No recent experience but you might want to try the local site or flag this as Southend as there are some Leigh mums on here.

I've heard darlinghurst has got better recently, I've heard good things about Eastwood. Definitely not porters grange. Prince Ace would be my first choice out of those. Whereabouts are you?

Not Porters Grange my eldest did a term there it was awful. I pulled her out and she now goes to Hamstel. That's a large geographic area where are you? Prince Avenue and Eastwood are both good.

Eastwood is fabulous.
Give the head a call and have a chat about the school or arrange a visit.
I heard on the grapevine that Edwards Hall had vacancies too,
