I am in Herts and we got our email last year at 4.45. I think they start releasing them in batches and our surname starts with an R so we were quite far down the list. Good luck.

Yes, please say if you find out in London before the 5pm time today - I had a dreadful nightmare about not getting any of our preferences (there was obviously more to the dream!) And woke up with dried tears all down my face!!!

And my dd has no idea I am so stressed about this!!!

I'm in a Greater London Borough. We were told we'd get an email after 7pm!😩
Do we just login to the same place as where we applied (eadmissions)?

Another Surrey one waiting here! Mines a Junior application, so fingers crossed. Last year, for my youngest, I logged on way before 5.00pm and it was already on there. No need to wait for emails all night, as mine didn't even reach my inbox until gone midnight that night!

Does anyone know what time emails are sent for Brighton & hove? Or if you can view anywhere on website? I've been checking since yesterday. Admissions timetable does say the 'afternoon' for emails but as other LAs have online checking earlier I was hoping we would?

The suspense is killing me!!

Is Brighton East Sussex CC or West I forget? East Sussex is online here admissions.eastsussex.gov.uk/Enrol/Website/login.aspx

If it's West Sussex try googling for it, that's how I found it, you wouldn't have had a clue from their website or the emails they sent.

That's how I found the East Sussex one I mean, no idea if W. Sussex is online too or not.

Woohoo! We got first choice (catchment school). It is undersubscribed (village) so was a foregone conclusion. I am a teacher though and at the school where I teach, there was 68 applications for 60 places. There will be some 8 disappointed families this morning.
Also my email came through at 9am!

Just as I was trying to get into that portal and email popped up on my phone to say we got our first choice. So pleased I'm crying at work!

Such a relief! Nerves have turned to a massive adrenaline rush...now to consider the logistics of 2 children at different schools!

I have a screaming bottle refusing child on my lap and no sign of our results coming out before tonight :-( today has got to be one of the most stressful days!

Aghhhh the waiting, just send the bloody email!!! Great mews for all of those who have got what they wanted. We applied to one LA and then moved house so our application was transferred for the new LA to process so I have login details for old LA but not the new so can't check online. Was told when they new LA accepted the application that we would receive an email on the morning of 18th, where is it!! I know some of you have to wait longer but there's only 48 mins left of morning!

I lost my details cumber and got sent my old username and new password by logging on with my email address to the eadmissions site.

In London here. we should be fine as sibling and a four form entry, but we were the last house in the catchment area with dd 1 so it's always a bit nervous.

IIRC I got the results on the website two years ago, just as I was about to leave work so at 5. Bet the site crashes.
