Yes. And they really get shirty if they spot you using house ones at the pool.

TBH you won't get them dry to use in the house and the pool so taking your own (at least one each) as well as the house ones is a very good plan.

Yes you do. And make sure you lock your locker. My towel got stolen out of mine when I left it open for literally a couple of minutes while I was in the shower. I had to stand around feeling fat & freezing in my cozzie until I managed to get DH's attention when he came out of the changing room and had to dry myself on his wet, soggy towel. Can you tell I'm still bitter?

Yes or you can hire them at the pool if you don't want to take your own.
