Hello
So we're moving in that direction, but not 100% sure where yet. Our number one priority is finding the right school for DD, who we believe may have some kind of social and learning difficulties. She struggles to make friends because she's seen as a little odd, or 'different'. She's also recently been falling quite far behind with her school work and finds it hard to stay focused on a task. So as you can imagine, I'm very anxious about the move. Having said that, I know it's the right thing for her, because her current school have f**cked up royally and haven't helped her in the slightest.
The problem is, when I've been researching schools in these areas, I've noticed that ofsted reports seem to be either outstanding, or poor. There's not much in the middle. It was suggested to me that I didn't automatically look for the outstanding rated schools when you have a DC with SN, as they tend to get swept under the carpet.
So does anybody have any recommendations?
Thank you
