Hi there,

I have an August born, Year 5 DS, who has been diagnosed with mild/moderate Dyslexia, ADD & Aspergers - he is well mannered & not severe enough for a statement however def needs smaller classes so we must look at private as he is not reaching his full potential in mainstream & being bullied Sad Angry

We are trying to find a suitable school for him and finding it very challenging. We would really welcome your opinions on the above schools, class sizes, experiences and the SENCO facilities etc.

Any information would be of great help.

Many Thanks

My friends dyslexic DD went to Sutton Valence and apparently they were very good on helping with dyslexia and supporting children with additional needs and friends DD did quite well having struggled at her previous school. I don't know any of the other schools you've mentioned, or at least not well enough to say anything even remotely helpful.

Might be worth looking at other state schools as well though (unless of course the money for private isn't an issue) as some state schools are better than others.
