Can anybody suggest some written addition,subtraction,multiplication and division explanation and drill sheets done in the old fashioned way?

Google: dad's worksheets
Wonderful, wonderful (free) site. Also has a tab for the answers. Makes life easy.

I know of an app coming out soon - StudyApps. It's going to be available from iTunes and PlayStore. They follow CAPS curriculum. Looks great - check out their website.
